Landscape Design Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation

Our design process begins with an on-site consultation, where we take the time to understand your vision, preferences, and the unique characteristics of your property.

During this Initial Design Consultation & Property Inspection, which lasts approximately 1.5 hours, we explore ideas, assess the site, and discuss tailored solutions for your outdoor areas, pool, and garden.

This session allows us to refine your vision, ensuring each space is thoughtfully designed to function harmoniously with seamless flow and connectivity.

Following the consultation, we will provide a Design Proposal via email, outlining the design process, scope of work, and associated fees.

Step 2: Landscape Design Process

Once the Design Proposal is accepted, we begin the landscape design process, which unfolds in three key stages:

Stage 1 - Base Plan

We schedule a time to measure your property and create a base plan. In some cases, a surveyor may be required to ensure accuracy.

Stage 2 - Preliminary Design

We develop a preliminary design and send it to you for review and feedback. This design includes mood board images and notes to help convey the overall concept, giving you a clear vision of the final outcome and an opportunity to refine the plans.

Stage 3 - Final Drawings

Once feedback is incorporated, we produce the final drawings, detailing material selections, plant placement, lighting plans, dimensions, and notations—everything required to bring your project to life. We then schedule a site meeting to present the final design and ensure you have a complete understanding of the project.

Step 3: Construction

Design input remains essential throughout the construction phase, as refinements, adjustments, and problem-solving naturally arise. Our involvement ensures seamless communication from design to project completion, allowing us to address any changes or concerns efficiently and professionally.

In this final phase, we also source and supply plants, lighting, furniture, and decorative elements, bringing the vision to life and adding the finishing touches to your outdoor living space.

Throughout construction, we maintain regular communication and on-site meetings with you and the contractors, ensuring a smooth process and a successful project outcome.
