01 · Consult
Consultation
We meet on site, walk the garden together, and talk through how you want to live in it. We capture the full brief, flag the opportunities and constraints, and by the end you'll have a clear picture of what your project involves. After the visit, we provide a fee proposal to complete the design.
02 · Concept
Concept design
The direction for your garden: layout, materials palette, planting style and mood board, developed with you. We present it together, refine it once, and lock in a direction you're confident in before any detailed drawing begins.
03 · Plan
Detailed design & documentation
Your full Master Plan: a buildable, construction-ready set of drawings with hardscape and planting plans, schedules, specifications, levels and detail. The document your landscaper builds from, with the guesswork removed.
04 · Build
Design implementation
If you'd like, we stay involved through construction. We help coordinate the process, connect you with trusted contractors and suppliers we work with, source your plants, and check in as the garden takes shape, so it's built the way it was drawn. You hold the building contract directly with your contractor; we keep the design on track.

How much does a landscape design cost?
Every garden is different, so every design is quoted to scope. Design is charged on the hours your project needs, and you receive a fee proposal after your on-site consultation, with no surprises. Most projects fall within a clear, sensible range we'll talk through together once we've seen your site.
I'm located outside of Brisbane, can I still get a design?
Yes. We service the greater Brisbane area, including Ipswich, Logan, Redlands, the Gold Coast and Mt Tamborine. If you're further afield, we also offer online consultations, so distance is rarely a barrier.
My house hasn't been built yet, can I still get a design created?
Absolutely, and we'd encourage it. Starting the landscape design early lets us integrate your indoor and outdoor spaces with your architect or building designer, rather than working around decisions already locked in.
I only have a small space, can I still get a design created?
Yes. We love designing small, intimate gardens, from courtyards and balconies through to large acreage estates and everything in between. Nothing is too small or too big.
Do you build the garden as well as design it?
We're a design studio, not a construction company, so we don't build the garden or hold the building contract ourselves. What we offer is Design Implementation: we help coordinate the process, connect you with trusted contractors and suppliers we work with, source your plants, and stay involved as the garden takes shape, so it's built the way it was drawn.
Can you help with council requirements?
Yes. If your build needs approvals, we can create detailed documentation to help.
