He was upfront on timeframes and didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver.  He communicated well and kept us informed on progress asking questions about our preferences along the way. My wife and I are super impressed by the design Tristan has come up with and we can't wait to get started.  The plans are well presented, easy to follow and incorporate our individual ideas and tastes.  He even came and surveyed the property to make sure the plans would be accurate.    We especially like the mood board he produced which incorporates the theme we are trying to get across perfectly.
